I always have said that the best way to know if something is good is to ask a friend. Your friends will never steer you wrong, and I knew that when I asked my friends about hosted crm software. Most of them have experience with CRM, so I knew they could give me some ideas about where to get my contact management software. Sure enough, I had three different friends say the same exact thing. They all told me the website where they found their favored business management software, and I took their word for it. I went ahead and tried it out, and they were right.
