with all of the exercise and weight loss advise out there, its hard to get some real muscle gain truth.  Some trainers say use light weights, others base weight training on the amount you can actually lift reasonably, and still others site resistance training without weights, but using one’s own body weight as the resistance.  All are well intentioned, but fact of the matter is that muscle gain is as individual as you yourself are.  Different programs work for different people.  Some of it is simply related to a person’s personality.  What can you see yourself doing.  But everyone’s body type and ability is different, so the important thing in muscle gain is to find something that works for you and stick with it.
