Is it Junk Mail or Good Marketing?
Every Tuesday you go to the mailbox to check the mail. When you open the mailbox you get what is consider by many people in the United States, junk mail. But within this junk mail, you see something that catches your eye. It is a fly-er for the new property complex that is going up in town. They make it look attractive to move into and you have been looking for a new place to move to. The way that housing company interested you in wanting to buy a new house is by using their property management company lead generation team. The question you have to ask yourself now is, “Is it junk mail, or did this company use good marketing to make me interested in this new complex?”
