My husband and I live in California, but since we have lots of family in Hawaii, it seems like we are over there almost every month. Which is fine, since we both love flying and have plenty of money to do so. But our friends think we’re crazy to take a six hour flight so often. I always tell them it’s no different than driving six hours to visit family on the other side of the state. The last time we were there, we visited a few of our favorite tattoo shops in Hawaii, and had them draw up pictures of what we were looking for. That’s another thing our friends don’t get, why we get our body art done there, instead of back home. They just don’t get that we go for the best!
