I got a call the other day from my daughter, and she was in a fit. Her and her fiance had been shopping at the mall, and apparently the fountain in the atrium had started leaking. Nobody had put out a “Wet Floor” sign, and she slipped in the water. She broke her wrist when she fell, and was just so upset because she doesn’t have insurance. I suggested hiring an accident lawyer. So that is what she is going to do; she says she just wants to sue for enough to pay for the hospital bill, since she doesn’t have the money for it.
