Landscape Quilting Fabrics: Remarkable Information
Quilting basically refers to a stitch that binds 3 pieces of cloth to form a single unit of fabric. A quilt is composed of top fabric, middle batting material and a bottom backing fabric. Hand weaving, sewing machines longarm quilt machines are most commonly used to form quilt fabrics.
Hand quilting requires a needle and thread to knit the fabric layers together which is held by a quilting frame. The sewing machines are involved in flattening out the fabric and then tacking them together.
