Investing in Tampa Real Estate
We have decided that we would like to start investing in real estate. We think that is a much safer investment than the stock market given how the economy has been acting lately. Can anyone tell me where I might be able to find a real estate agent that can help me find some good tampa real estate to invest in? We would prefer to get some rental property that is located near to colleges or universities so that there will be a pretty good chance of keeping the place rented out and paying most of the costs associated with the house with the rent that it brings in.
