My boyfriend recently proposed to me without a ring in hand. At first I was a little disappointed, but then I realized that his reasoning was sound. He didn’t want to spend a large amount of money without consulting me first. This bodes well for our marriage. We are both just starting out in our careers and we don’t have a lot of money to spend. I have been researching rings and have decided to get a princess cut diamond engagement ring. There are many beautiful styles to choose from and, as an added bonus, any money left over after our purchase can be used towards buying our first house.
