I have been trying to figure out what I am going to do to make sure that my home will be in running order to be able to sell it soon. It seems to me that there are a few things that I could do to make sure that the home seems be desirable to potential buyers. One thing I am going to do is to get a ber assessor to let me know what my energy costs are in the home compared to other homes that are similar to mine. I know that will help me determine what steps are next.  Because I would love to sell this house as soon as possible without anything getting in the way.
