Don’t Make This Seller’s Mistake
A Birmingham friend recently listed her home for sale. She had decided to use one of the “do it youself” packets available on the internet for the paperwork and required documentation. What a complete mess that turned out to be! She very nearly lost a very good bid and eventual sale on the property because she did not complete some of the documentation in a timely manner. She then engaged a firm of Birmingham estate agents who took over the legal work for her and the transaction sailed smoothly from that point on. Her advice to all is to simply engage an agent from the beginning.
