The city of Philadelphia is really picturesque. We happened to visit the city last month when we went there for some celebration in the house of my old friend. I was really moved by the amazing view and beauty that this city offers. One of the most interesting things that caught my attention was the architecture of the various houses. Most of the houses in the city are the row houses. You can find rows of identical houses sharing the wall all throughout the city. There are different styles of row houses that you can see ranging from the Victorian style homes to twin row houses. As the homes created in this city are mostly very old which has even created numerous problems in the past, the kind of jobs that the Philadelphia plumber must have to do to ensure that the beauty and comfort of the houses is not spoilt because of any plumbing problems is really worth noticing.

We are using Umbraco as our CMS offering. Mainly because it fits the type of client we are aiming at a certain price point. Also because it is the best .NET open source CMS that we found.
They are smaller and don’t require so many features or fine grain control on security etc.
But of course there are other clients who are prepared to pay for off the shelf features and the license fee that comes with Sitecore or Episerver.
Right now Umbraco is helping us on our way. But as soon as that client comes along who needs that bit more and is prepared to pay the license fee for it, then that’s fine with us.
