We found that we were spending way to much time in the kitchen supply stores and not enough time in our kitchen making pasta.   The reason for that was that we could not decide which pasta maker would be best for us.  If only we had a pasta maker buying guide we could have saved a lot of time and confusion in the shopping arena.   We still do not know which is the best buy but have decided to start out with a manual pasta maker.   If after using this one for a while we can always upgrade to an electric one.
