Instead of hiring a Fort Collins Realtor, I am planning to find a house myself. But the question is that can I do it myself? I am not sure about my plan as this is the first time I am buying a house. I have got mixed opinion about the realtors in town. Some of the experiences are drastic and thus I am scared of hiring any agent. I want to know that if I go to search a house on my own then what problems I might face? If you suggest me to hire a real estate agent then what should be my criteria for selecting the right candidate as my agent.
