What’s in Acai Berry that Makes It So Special?
If you compare an acai berry to a grape, it’s a bit smaller and it comes grouped in clusters of four or five berries. When the acai berry was first discovered hundreds of years ago, there was no way for people to know for sure what it contained or what benefits they could get from it. With the technology available to us today, we have been able to figure out exactly what’s in acai berry that makes them so special. One of the biggest advantages to taking acai supplements is the large quantity of omega fatty acids, anthocyanins, and antioxidants.
