After two kinds and I just do not know how many diets I have been on, I am looking for a way to change my entire eating habits. I have not been able to stick to these diets for very long so I would just like some help finding a fat loss diet that can be more of a way of life for me instead of something that I feel I am being restricted from eating. I would love to enjoy every meal, know that it is good for me and yet feel satisfied when I push away from the table.
