I honestly never thought I would learn how to stop a panic attack, but I did.  I have been suffering from this condition for almost twenty years and the attacks were getting more and more severe.  I rarely went anywhere that I didn’t have to because I would get the frequently when I was driving.  I can’t even remember how any ties I had to pull over and wait for them to subside.  I am so glad that I found a program that taught me how to cope with this condition.  Knowing how to do the one move technique is priceless.
