A few days ago, my parents were over at my house for a few days visiting their grandkids. Over dinner, they told us that they would be going on a trip to Costa Rica. I asked why and they told me that my dad was going to need a certain surgery on his liver and they have been looking into health tourism. Apparently, this surgery is much cheaper there than it is here in the United States. They would be staying for a month so my dad can be free of all distractions. They’re actually pretty excited, and wish I was going with them.
