My wife’s father grew up in Poland during the 60s and immigrated to the United States in the 1970s. I think it’s because he lived behind the Iron Curtain that he is very savvy when it comes to making money. My wife’s father,Ignace, recently started looking into foreclosed homes forsale. He is a mechanic by trade; however over the years he has managed to buy over four homes and one small apartment building. None of these were foreclosed homes he had merely made some good real estate deals. My wife surprised me last week when she told me that she had made an offer on a house herself.
