If you are a new professional just getting into the business of real estate appraising, what do you think the most important task on your to-do list should be? You might not believe it, but it’s even more important than getting your license and all that other introductory stuff. 

I’m referring to errors omission insurance.  The reason why it is so important is simple.  What good is your licensing and education if you have just been sued and your business is now bankrupt?  My point is that if you don’t protect yourself against things that can break your business, nothing else matters all that much.
