I have been purchasing my insurance from the same car insurance company for several years now and I have always found them to be courteous, as well as generous, always quoting me very good, competitive, rates for both my house and car insurance. Every year I make at least one change to my policies, because my circumstances change fairly rapidly as a freelance architect. My requests have always been dealt with promptly, and most importantly, fairly. In the past I have been with insurers who will charge an arm and a leg for even minor changes to my insurance schedule, but I’m pleased to say this is no longer the case. In this day and age, when it seems everybody is out to make a quick buck, it’s a great relief to find a company who respect their clients.
