I am working in a restaurant, and my boss has suggested that it might be a good idea for me to go to culinary school. Can anyone tell me how long a culinary institute education usually takes? Is it usually a two year degree or a four year degree? I don’t know how long I would want to go to school for, though I would like to get some more training to become eligible for better jobs in the culinary field. My boss thinks I have what it takes to become a chef so it might be worth my time and money.
